Yesterday, I took a buyer out to see several homes in the New Northwest. Today, I received numerous calls from listing agents wanting to know how the showings went. There is a lot for sale in this neighborhood. One in particular, indicated that her sellers were very anxious to deal. It’s a three bedroom, two bath, two car garage cluster home near McQueen high school. Over 1700 square feet, lovely mountain views, clean, newer and ready to move into.
