Let’s see. If I could pick this place up for $3.5 million, I figure I could go out and get a Super Preffered Platinum Elite Voodoo nothing down, I/O, negative am, stated income loan at a 1.1% introductory teaser rate and my monthly payment would be only about $3100.00. Then I could flip it off to a rich Bay Area transplant who wants to buy his part of the Nevada dream for, say, about $4 million in a couple of months.
That’s how it works, right?

I suspect that property, while truly a gem, will sell for a bit less than full price. I believe the days of ridiculous sales prices are behind us.
