Guy and I are at the annual NAR convention in Las Vegas for the rest of the week, so forgive us if postings are light. Hopefully we won’t come back with alien heads spewing forth all your favorite little pearls of Realtor wisdom, like, now is the perfect time to buy, the media is prolonging the downturn and… Lindie, RI, what am I forgetting? I haven’t been here long enough to be fully assimilated. :)

RI, I think there may be two Derricks who post here.
One Derrick is a multi-millionaire who received millions from his family business, who flipped properties in California and Florida generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in profits, who has annual income approximating $ 1 million, such that his move from California to Nevada saves him in excess of $100K a year in California state income tax, who trades on margin in the stock market, and who owns a classic car he promises to bring to the next blog meet up.
The other derrick is an administrative assistant, who lives in track house in Sparks, whose annual income, combined with that of his working wife, is approximately $70,000 a year.
Perhaps you might seek clarification as to which derrick it is that may have seen the light.
