sold continue to increase while the median is up slightly from last month, interesting since guy’s number DO NOT include manufactured homes therefore his median should be slightly HIGHER.
or am I mistaken in that guy includes condo’s and townhomes and diane does not? anyone?
“I too am interested in April’s numbers. I and others have predicted they’re going to show an increase in unit sales and a drop in median prices. If this is Derrick’s definition of “bottom,” then he’s absolutely right.”
you and others were wrong on your prediction smarten. I guess nobody has a perfect track record now do they ? At least you were half right .. sales did increase
Guy’s numbers have been posted. And Derrick you are correct, my numbers do not include manufactured and modular houses, but they do include condos and townhomes.
Mine include single family, condos/townhomes, and manufactured real property. Guy, not sure how you got that higher number of homes for sale… we’ll have to compare notes.
