Tomorrow Chase International is hosting its annual Lakefront and Luxury Estates Tour from 10 am - 5 pm. This is a big event up at the lake, attracting media from throughout the west coast, where you can see some gorgeous homes rarely opened to the public. Diane thanks for the invite. I suspect that lakefronts are still a bit out of my reach. But I see that you have dropped the price of your house in Somersett from $750K to $700K in about ten days. At that rate, in about a month, I might be interested. $550K sounds pretty good actually. That would be about the 25% decline we have seen in other Somersett properties.
Wish I was in the area Diane, I’d love to stop by and say hi. You’d probably be surprised by how polite and unassuming I really am. Part time horns.

Smarten, yes to Lakeshore and the combo unit. Not sure where Lexi will be, but I’m sure somewhere in Incline. Also not sure where Guy will be, but I think you should do lunch with Shari in Cave Rock, as I won’t be able to take a lunch break.
What a shame about the fires. I guess it takes a lot of planning to pull this off, and switching it on a better day is not possible. Tahoe with 40 mile visibility is a whole lot nicer than 1-2 mile visibility. Not to mention fires are always a risk living there, and who needs a reminder?
But who has not already seen Tahoe in all it’s splendor?
