This morning Chase International [the broker where I hang my license] released the data that was quoted in much of the article. Of particular interest are the price-branding charts. Take a look at Reno’s price branding. You’ll see that year-to-date: 90% of home sales in Reno/Sparks sold for under $500,000; 76% sold for under $350,000; and 44% sold for less that $250,000.
