The best I can work up is that January TDs came in at only 256. That is slightly down from December’s 269 and continues the leveling or downward trend. NOSs were up to 470 from December’s 420, only eclipsed by the 481 NOSs in July. Gross NODs came in at 790, the highest on record, […]

“Guy, if I buy this house, will my property taxes be calculated based off my purchase price?”
This is a question I get asked quite often. And is one for which most buyers are surprised to hear the answer. What they are really asking is will their new property tax bill be lower than the property’s […]

The Foothills at Wingfield Village is a pretty nice development, and Comet Linear is a pretty nice street within the development. There are only 18 houses on the street and the even numbered houses back up to the golf course.

Wall Street hammered the financial sector again today. It is almost getting to the point where I could trade in my used Audi and buy CitiGroup in its entirety. I have just returned from a real estate auction this morning for a house in the Village at Somersett. Despite the chilly morning the auction (held in the driveway of the property) drew a pretty good turnout. I counted 26 people in the crowd, including at least three real estate agents.
The subject property is located […]
