April 2009 NOD’s were 931 which is a slight increase over March 2009 total of 926. There continues to be an 81.48% increase from 2008 to 2009. Trustee’s Deeds (foreclosures completed) increased 2.14% for that same time period.

Looks to me like there is no let up at all on the foreclosure front, and that time favors the buyers. Mid-2010 might be earliest time for a wise purchase. Still need to shake out many who are in denial.
Exactly right….Sellers are like a deer in the headlights right now and Denial is a river run deep. It’s hard to accept the reality of double digit losses in less than one year’s time. Welcome to Deflation Nation.
