Last month I asked readers to predict what they thought the median sold home price for the Reno Sparks area would be at the end of 2010. See Let’s hear your predictions for next year.
I have compiled the predictions below. As you can see the predictions span quite a range – from $96,000 to $225,000. I received 18 predictions. For what it’s worth, the median of the predicted medians is $168,125.
We’ll see who’s closest to December 2010’s median shortly after the end of this year. I’ll then award a prize to that person. I don’t know what the prize will be yet, but I have all year to think about it.
