Washoe County insured recording statistics – March 2012

Below are Washoe County’s insured recording statistics for the month of March. Recording statistics are provided by our friends at Ticor Title.

• Resales saw a big increase in March – coming in nearly 19 percent over February’s number.
• New home sales continue to rise – increasing for the sixth consecutive month – now showing numbers that are 69 percent higher than March of last year.
• Re-fis, as well, continue to climb – showing nearly a 14 percent increase over February’s re-fis – and now more than doubling since bottoming in July of last year.
