How does the number of days on market (DOM) for houses in Reno-Sparks compare with the nation’s number? Here are the latest figures from our local MLS data*:

  • median number of days on market in September 2011: 106 days
  • median number of days on market in September 2012: 93 days
  • a decrease of 13 days, or 12%, year-over-year

Appears the local market’s DOM is tracking with the country’s DOM.
