All Washoe County recordings stats are down for September. Compared to August’s numbers…
- Resales are down 18.5 percent
- New Home sales are down 24.0 percent
- And even re-fi’s are down (reversing a 13-month increasing trend) by a whopping 26.5 percent
Cumulatively, total insured recordings in September are down 23 percent compared to August. What gives? Perhaps the market is taking a breather after the very active summer months.
