Hello Ellen. Thank you for your question, and thank you for reading the blog. I appreciate it very much, and I am happy to hear you enjoy the research.

It’s funny that you asked about Dayton; coincidentally I just helped some clients find a purchase a home in Dayton a couple weeks ago.

In regards to your question, here are May’s numbers for Dayton, Nevada:

    • number of homes sold: 38
    • median sales price: $320,950 [that is up 12.2 percent year-over-year]
    • median sales PPSF: $184.81/sq.ft.
    • sold price range: $169,000 – $629,900
    • median days on market: 63
    • Active listings: 80
    • Pending listings: 57

With 57 pending sales at the moment, June is looking to be a good month in Dayton.

Let me know if there is another metric that you would like to see.

    Thank you,
    Guy
