Sparks is growing even more dramatically than Reno. With more available land and continuing demand, appreciation should remain strong over the years. But it will take you just a bit longer to hit the slopes if you’re driving from Sparks. Desert Highlands and D’Andrea are a couple of the newer master-planned neighborhoods in East Sparks, many with outstanding Sierra and downtown views. D’Andrea also has a gated, over-55 community about a block from a brand-new hospital.
