Last Friday the Department of Housing and Urban Development issued a Mortgagee Letter to all approved mortgagees stating what are to be the Federal Housing Administration’s (FHA) Maximum Loan Limits Effective October 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011. For the Nevada counties below the FHA loan limits are as follows:
- Carson City County (Carson City): $398,750
- Churchill County (Fallon): $271,050
- Clark County (Las Vegas /Paradise): $400,000
- Douglas County (Gardnerville): $468,750
- Elko County (Elko): $325,000
- Eureka County (Elko): $325,000
- Lyon County (Fernley): $331,250
- Nye County (Pahrump): $325,000
- Storey County (Reno/Sparks): $403,750
- Washoe County (Reno/Sparks): $403,750
These appear to be unchanged from current loan limits.
