Washoe County insured recording statistics – April 2012

Below are Washoe County’s insured recording statistics for the month of April. Recording statistics are provided by our friends at Ticor Title.

• Resales in the county dropped in April – coming in 7 percent below March’s number.
• New home sales also fell – decreasing 18 percent from March’s number – but still double the number of new home sales a year ago.
• Re-fis continue to increase – posting a number not seen since 2010.
