    Did you read the entire article? According to demographer Jeff Hardcastle his take is because of minimal job creation in Nevada that the
    Population increase is due to increase in births of Nevadans and basically no other factor. So why is this article relevant? It has nothing to do with any residential housing growth.

  2. Probably a lot is due to births, however retirees moving here wouldn’t require a job and I’ve run into a half dozen retirees from my home town in the last six months. But, yeah, the job issue certainly isn’t driving population growth in the county.
