I’ve noticed an uptick in property searches by zip codes recently on this site. That got me thinking that it has been a few months since I’ve reported the median sales price broken out by zip codes in the Reno and Sparks areas.
Below is a table showing 4th-quarter medians by area zip codes. I have also included Q4 medians from the last couple years for reference. [Yes, I realize that we are not yet quite through the 4th quarter of this year; but we’re close enough to observe the trends.]
Also, please note that in some areas (e.g. 89439, 89510) the number of sales is very low (e.g. single digits) for the quarter. Consequently, the median numbers become less meaningful.
