In April, Notices of Defaults (NOD) increased from 59 to 93. This is the largest increase month to month since SB321 was effective in October. Notices of Sales and Trustees Deeds decreased significantly. We are definitely continuing to experience fluctuation in the foreclosure market due to new laws set forth by our State and the shadow inventory that has been clogging up from AB284/300 and SB321.
