Below are the latest market stats provided by our friends at Ticor Title. February numbers show new homes sales hitting a new low – just 31 sales for the month. Re-fis also fell; dropping fifteen percent from January’s re-fis.
On a positive note February’s resales rose slightly – climbing to 491 units.
