Nevada #2 on CoreLogic’s latest home price index

Thank you to a reader for passing along this news. CoreLogic’s latest Home Price Index (HPI) Report lists Nevada as #2 on its list of states with improving home prices.

Here are the top ten states from the index as well as each state’s improvement in home prices [Nov 2011 – Nov 2012]:

1. Arizona 20.9%
2. Nevada 14.2%
3. Idaho, 13.8%
4. North Dakota, 12.4%
5. California, 11.1%
6. Hawaii, 10.8%
7. Utah, 10.1%
8. Michigan, 8.3%
9. Wyoming, 8.3%
10. Florida, 7.9%
