We have transferred the blog to a new platform. And in the process we have given the blog a new look and design. Additionally, readers will find new functionality (i.e. we have added MLS search capabilities and now have a “Forums” section).
All prior content and comments have been transferred to the new platform. However, the process did not go as smoothly as we would have hoped.We encountered a few problems and much of the transfer had to be done manually. As such, a few typos may be lingering. If you discover a typo or other mistake, please let us know.
Also, we invite your comments on the content, functionality, design, etc of the blog. We’re not promising we’ll incorporate all of your suggestions, but we’d love to hear your ideas.

Love the updated site. Thank you so much for adding the forums. As a hopeful future Reno relocater, I have lots of questions to ask and topics I would like to discuss that didn’t fit well on this blog but fall into a “forum” category.

Are the forums actually operational? I registered and posted a question in an appropriate forum the second day this new blog was online, and it has never shown up – in fact all the forums still appear empty, at least to me.

What happened to the “preview” comment feature? If you can restore it, that would be great. It’s nice to read one’s proposed post before it’s published just to make sure you really, really want to say what you’ve said.
