Of course it would be more useful with a trend (old data points)…. but I guess if we don’t have the prvious data… we have to start somewhere.

L3 hasn’t started closing units at the Montage yet. Anyone know the schedule? I wish them the best of luck, but I know of 2 parties from this blog that are planning to walk away from their deposits. I believe they needed 40% presales to get their construction funding, and Fernando was quoted Sunday saying they were 40% sold now, 2 years later. Hope their sales agents weren’t working on commission! Hey, the first sections of the trench cover are now in place in front of the Montage, and it is going to rock.
