Here is the latest Market Condition Report from our friends at First Centennial Title. Overall, not a big change from last month’s report. The Number of Solds for the month; Expireds; Percent Selling; and Months Supply of Inventory all look relatively unchanged from last month’s report.
The one metric that did jump out at me was the median sales price; it fell almost 4% for the month.

Anyone have any idea what is happening to the Centex project off Los Altos Parkway? This was a huge developement called Miramonte (or something like that).
I drove by and the sales offices where for sale!
My estimate that the project was maybe 20-30% completed.
Builder closing shop? Just for the winter maybe? Relocating sales offices for a new phase?
I know what prompted the R&B Desert Highlands project to stop. But Centex is a national builder.
