A Quickie

Just a couple of quick items for you before the monthly reports start coming in from Guy and Diane:

Special Assessment Sale – AMG just posted 2 lists of properties coming up for sale due to delinquent Special Assessments.  List 1 has some ArrowCreek properties.  List 2 is mainly Somersett and the Belvedere.  The Ledges take another hit.

Speaking of the Belvedere, the overall developer (Menlo Oaks) purchased some units to show activity and prop up sales.  They are now NOS on units in their own project, which doesn’t bode well.

Boulevard South is going in for some planning changes, adding some assisted living units and swapping around some building heights.  I love this project, just wish it were closer to downtown.

 –      I will put up a post on Winne Mountain Ranch Spring Mucca when the dust settles in a week or so.  With all the name changes, getting the links to what you want to know is pretty difficult.  I hate this one as much as I love Boulevard South.  The discussion will be interesting.

–       Montage – Still no closings, and given the federal regulator’s Consent Decree from last week, don’t expect any action soon.  Some good discussion going on at www.montagebuyer.wordpress.com.  Is Corus the evil empire or the last good choice?

Winne Mountain Ranch Spring Mucca is a disaster in the making. Still cant figure out why Reno wanted this property except for being short sighted.
