502-421-06 is your starting point.  Make sure to use the "additional owners" search option on the Assessor’s site.  Try out  the new option to search by owner’s name for all their properties.  Maybe even cross reference the RSAA membership list if you are so inclined.

This is probably the biggest little empire I know of that hasn’t cracked yet.

Mike you talking in secret code again, do I need to find my old de-coder ring?

Mike, I too am curious about this post. This is a group of three investors that own 34 houses in the area, none of which are in default. Some of the houses are owned jointly the others separately. What is the point? Unless, you are trying to show that there is a market here for investors.

    BTW, what is the RSAA?

That should have been 18 houses total, as I counted the jointly owned three times. 🙂

I think the point is obvious. These people are idiots. They went all in on housing at the peak, and are taking a thrashing. They even bought multiple houses on the same street for crying out loud! I’d never heard of them before but, like Mike, wonder when they’ll finally cave. I mean, how long will these brainchildren continue to burn cash until they just give the houses back? A definite lesson in how NOT to spend money.
