Half way through the month, there are 162 TDs, 330 NOSs, and 321 NODs recorded. Pretty much status quo, though NOSs are trending up.
There were 128 properties on the courthouse steps last week, and here is how it went down:

– Postponed – 72
– REO – 27
– 3rd Part Sales – 10
Less than 30% of the defaults were resolved. 70% were kicked down the road or got a miracle restructure.
Looking off my back deck, I see raw plywood rising in Somersett – I think it is on Gypsy Ridge in the foreclosed Ledges project.. Go figure.

Ryder Homes is building 2 new homes – Mountaingate floorplans off of Gypsy Hill. Toll Brothers is also framing a new model on Back Nine Trail. The old Ledges has been purchased and new building should be starting soon. Also, The Vue land sold to a builder out of Stockton and they will be building out the remaining courtyard lots.
