Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies has released its annual "State of the Nation’s Housing" report. This latest report takes a look the nation’s housing markets, homeownership demographics, the rental market, and the challenges of each, including shifting demand, unemployment, and shadow inventory.
The report is lengthy, and to be honest I have not yet had an opportunity to read it in its entirety, but I wanted to share it with the readers of the blog. Check it out here, The State of the Nation’s Housing 2011, if you’re interested. Feel free to share in the comments below if you find something noteworthy.
