Notices of Sale continue to fall, dropping to 15 month-lows. June’s 452 Notices of Sales represents a 13 percent decline from May’s NOSs.
Notices of Default edged up slightly – 2.2 percent over May’s NODs.
Trustee’s Deeds (foreclosure sales) continue to climb, increasing 3.5 percent over May’s number. The gap between Trustees Deeds and Notices of Default continues to narrow. The difference between the two metrics for the month of June was 29. This is the narrowest spread observed on the three years of data shown on the chart below.
