- New home sales in Washoe County hit a year-high 61 units sold for the month of July.
- Washoe County resales fell 6.3 percent month-over-month, coming in at 711 units sold for July.
- Re-fis continue to decline – hitting a new low of 317 for the month.

Even though sales were down month to month, this is still the best July for resales in the 3 years of this chart. The trend for sales is up. Unfortunatley, the same can’t be said for prices. Maybe we will at least reach a bottom sooner.
