Here are the top-five cities from the list of twenty:
- Seattle, Washington
- San Francisco, California
- Portland, Oregon
- San Jose, California
- Denver, Colorado
The methodology behind Zillow’s Trick-or-Treat Index involves an equally weighted product of each city’s: Zillow Home Value Index, Walk Score, population density, and local crime data from RelocationEssentials.com.
