Re-fis continue to climb – up more than ten percent from October. And up nearly 70 percent from the low set in July of this year.
New home sales saw quite a boost in November. The 71 new homes sold for the month represents a 73 percent increase over October’s new homes sold.
November resales fell six percent from October’s resales, but are up 12 percent year-over-year.

From the MarketWatch story: “New construction of U.S. houses rose in November to the highest annual rate since April 2010, with multi-family activity leading the monthly growth, according to data released Tuesday by the Commerce Department.”
