WSJ: “the housing bust is over”

A new Wall Street Journal survey of forecasters found 44 believe the housing market has reached its bottom; only three don’t. Additionally, most house prices indices are bending up, including the always conservative and slow-moving S&P/Case-Shiller house-price index. See the WSJ piece here: Housing Passes a Milestone
