Washoe County insured recordings statistics – October 2012

All Washoe County recordings stats are up for October. Compared to September’s numbers…

October resales are up 11.7 percent
New home sales are up 34.2 percent
And re-fi’s rocketed up by a whopping 43.4 percent

However each of these increases should be taken with a grain of salt, because September saw an unusual and large decrease across all metrics (see the related post link below).
