Who is Diane Cohn and to where has she returned? To longtime (pre-2009) readers of this blog Diane needs no re-introduction. For the more-recent readers of the blog, Diane Cohn was a local real estate agent who started the Reno Realty Blog in late 2005.
[You can see Diane’s very first post here, The Chronicle Speaks, from December 22, 2005.]
Diane was recognized as one of the early bloggers in the Reno-Sparks area, and indeed as the first real estate agent to blog about the local housing market. Diane posted regularly until early 2009 — with one of her last posts on this blog being Go Ahead, Hate Me., from May 30, 2009. In June of 2009 Diane and her family left Reno and moved to the bay area.
Fast forward to today.
I am happy to report that Diane Cohn has returned to Nevada, and is back working as a licensed real estate agent in Incline Village. And to those who enjoyed reading Diane’s blog posts, you’ll be happy to learn that Diane has started a new blog covering the Lake Tahoe real estate market. Go check out Incline Village Property, which bills itself as “news, stats and gossip on the lake tahoe real estate market”, and say Hi.
Welcome back, Diane. I look forward to reading your posts.

Thanks, Guy, you’re too kind. It’s good to be back in Nevada, we really like it here best.

Uh-oh, she’s fallen off the wagon and is drinking the Kool-Aid again.

One word: freaking awesome! OK, that’s two words, but still…

Am I the only one who finds this slightly amusing?

Welcome back, Diane!

Hey MikeZ… it’s good to be back, thanks!
And Jacky, I can only guess you’re commenting on the contrast between first and last post? Just a shot in the dark, here, but quite the difference, yeah, I know.
Jay, word.
BB, we shall see.
