All Washoe County recordings stats were down in January. Compared to December’s numbers…
- New home sales are down 12.5 percent
- January resales are down a whopping 40.5 percent
- And re-fi’s slipped 1.2 percent

Hopefully, this will help adjust some sellers’ attitudes, because right now, large chunks of the $250K-$300K range look to be priced about 20% about FMV.
