Received the flyer below yesterday from home builder D.R. Horton. What’s noteworthy is that it’s the first time I’ve seen the term “lottery” used in an ad for new homes since the housing bubble years.
If anyone attends the lottery (this Saturday between 10AM – 11AM), report back in the comments how many people participated.

And yet home prices just decreased for the month of June, according to zillow. How accurate is Zillow?

Currently, it looks like Zillow’s median error rate for Zestimates in Washoe County is 10.5% [See Zestimate Accuracy in Nevada]
I like how their placement of “RENO” on the map makes the homes more central by placing the heart of the city at the Airport and Mira Loma 🙂

Did anyone stop by the lottery event on Saturday? Just curious how crowded was it?
