Which MLS areas of Reno and Sparks, Nevada saw the largest price increases in 2013?

NNRMLS map The median sales price for houses and condos in the Reno-Sparks area increased nearly 25 percent in 2013. [December 2013 median ($207,000) compared to December 2012 median ($166,000) = 24.7% increase]
