In tracking south reno market, this is the lowest number of houses ive seen listed for sale under 300k in recent years. Only 4 now under that mark and three are pending. Inventory continues to slide in south reno but still higher than last year at this time. So does appear, at least in this area, prices have not reversed uptrend and in fact may be continuing to rise. Dont know for sure but thats what appears to be going on.

In my last post I was talking about south meadows area only which i think peaked at around 235 houses listed during this last summer and as of this morning was at 162 houses listed.
