It was a good year for the Reno Sparks housing market. Overall, our numbers were up. But not all the up numbers were good ones. More listings, more days on the market, higher expired rates… we’re talking market transition, still in progress. It’s a great time for buyers, and a challenging environment for sellers. The only market segment that seems to be showing consistent signs of improvement right now is the over $2 million range.
