B of A Housing Outlook

A few weeks back I participated in a nationwide survey of real estate professionals on the local housing market. As thanks for my input, they sent me a copy of the report. Though Reno is not specifically called out, it is a fascinating, in-depth analysis of where housing is going based on sales data, agent opinion, builder outlook, lending issues, general economic factors, etc… directed primarily toward institutional investors.
