Some of this is normal as we go into the winter season, and I’m sure the impending holidays partially explain the very high expiration rate in all price categories. But with an overall absorption rate of only 11% when you include standing inventory, buyers still have a lot to choose from. The median price for November was $295,000. read

    The median price has really dropped since I started reading this blog. At first it was $347,000 and now it’s dropped to below 300K?

    As a first time homebuyer, that is good news!
