Hey, so I got a message from Toll Brothers the other day. They left a voice mail stating that they would be more than happy to chauffeur me and any of my clients over to their beautiful Dorado at Damonte Ranch development in a real, honest-to-goodness limousine. And, BTW, they offered to pay me 4% if you, the lovely clients, should decide to purchase. Can I just sell out for a moment here and say that, for a duet project, I have always thought this to be a highly innovative, and dare I say, ingenious design for retirees and second home owners? (Pssst, call now for your free limo ride!)

Actually, the floor plans are pretty nice. I’m not sure what Toll Brothers are gaining doing these as duets rather than free stand, but they seem to know their markets pretty well.
So Diane, pick me up at the Motel 6 on Wells and lets do a tour. Hope the bar is stocked!
I have absolutely no issue with the offered bonus comission, as long as you disclose it to the buyers. If Toll thinks another $3000 or so in your pocket after split will move their inventory, its a good deal all around. And if it takes a limo to get the buyers to East Jesus or West Bumf*ck to look at product, it is no biggie off the corporate balance sheet.
