We have a new Del Webb development out here in Somersett that plays right into these trends, offering high speed internet access, a lavish clubhouse, and of course, access to recreation. This particular community is smaller than most Del Webb developments with only 1600 homes. Right now, there’s a glut on the market as first phase buyers try to flip for a profit (good luck) and others try to rent them out until they need them (again, good luck). If you’re going to invest out there you’ll have a lot to choose from, but you need the ability to buy and hold, at least for the time being.
