What’s left at the Riverwalk?

For everyone interested in the nitty-gritty details on what’s left at the Riverwalk, send me an email, and I’ll send back the tell-all spreadsheet. Basically, they have a third-floor one-bedroom for $240K, a fourteenth-floor one-bedroom for $319K, and a whole lot of two-bedrooms from $464K to $547K (okay, 16).  And they’ve gone from offering cooperating agents $1000 flat fee to 1.25% commission. So, I guess they’re thinking they want to move these along.
