My name is Guy Johnson, and I am a fellow Realtor working with Diane Cohn at Chase International. Like many of you I have been a long-time reader and fan of Diane’s blog. As you know, Diane does a great job covering the Reno real estate market, however she is only one person, and, as such, can not be everywhere all the time.
For this reason Diane thought of asking a few of her fellow Realtors to contribute posts to the reno.realty.blog for specific market areas. I am one of those agents Diane approached, and I will be posting on central Reno, including Old Southwest, Caughlin Ranch, Downtown, etc.
I feel flattered to be one of the real estate agents selected by Diane. I have never written for a blog before, but I am excited to begin. I will attempt to stay within the subject parameters Diane has set, while lending my own perspective to things. I welcome comments/rebuttals/feedback to my posts, as well as suggestions for future posts.
