My Very Own “Truthiness”

For the record… BEFORE the National Association of Realtors’ Chief Economist David Lereah started talking about the "Rolling Boom" (this began late last fall), I was on the phone with clients talking about the "Rolling Wave" last spring. (BTW, boom, wave… what’s the difference?) The point is… I was first. I invented this. As Stephen Colbert invented "truthiness" so I invented "Rolling <insert noun>". Thank you, thank you.
