So, Diane is leaving me in charge for the week. Hmmmm. How shall I capitalize on this opportunity? Well, I have a couple surprises in store. A guest post or two, including the return of Jaded AND the introduction of Diane’s assistant, Miss Trudi. I’ll also be providing June’s numbers (median sold and for sale prices as well as inventory), plus some great graphs provided by our broker (sure to elicit some comments).
But first let me echo Diane’s gratitude for all the great comments and advice we received from Diane’s We Are Not Popular post. You all provided valuable input and offered great ideas. We’ll be implementing these in the weeks to come. FWIW, this morning Website Grader gave us a 22/100. So, we’re already up three points since Diane’s post.
