   Thanks always to GreenNv for the up to date information.

   This is all so predictable. By the end of 2008, big dollar foreclosures on big developments by big builders will be commonplace. Some names will be quite recognizable.

   The housing market meltdown locomotive is now picking up major steam and cannot be derailed. The government cannot put enough $600 checks into the hands of enough people to knock this locomotive off the tracks. The ponzi scheme is coming undone.

   The large news of 2008 will not be foreclosures, but the bankruptcies of local, regional and national builders.
