Below are Washoe County’s insured recordings numbers for the month of June, provided by our friends at Ticor Title.

All three metrics moved up in June over May’s numbers.

Re-sales saw an increase of 3 percent
Re-fis increased 11 percent
New home sales saw an increase of eight new sales (or 15 percent)
